What should I expect if I visit Mosaic?
We would love to have you! If you come, expect to be greeted upon your arrival at our facility (currently the CATS building) by one of our 'Connection leaders' who will make sure you know where to get a cup of coffee, something light to eat for breakfast and where to allow your kids to go (if you choose). Upon entering the Gathering space you may hear some familiar songs being played, candles lit and announcements racing across our video screens. During our Gathering we will sing songs, with a loud band, about a great God who passionately loves us. In response many of our people will demonstrate passion back to Him (lifting hands, prayers aloud, reading scriptures or silence). After our singing we will usually make a few plugs, welcome our new friends (that's YOU), allow our kids to move to their areas (we love having our kids sing with us) followed by a time of reading and understanding the Scriptures. We finish with a time to respond to God through a few more songs and a time to give financially to help others. After the Gathering is over, the party continues as people go out for lunch, sports or other events. We hope you join us. You won't regret it!
