Lindsay & Monica have been married for 19 years, sharing life with an amazing daughter and son, a gaggle of cats, and a dog.  Nineteen years together has offered many opportunities to discover things about each other and grow together.  They strive to learn what it means to choose each other every day, believing that is the best gift for themselves and their kids.  They've benefited from wise friends along their life journey, who have challenged them beyond their current circumstances.  They now enjoy the opportunities to encourage and challenge those whose paths cross theirs.  They are excited for the opportunity to provide guidance and oversight to Life Group leaders of Mosaic.

Monica is a teacher, who has invested her time in public, private and corporate educational settings as both teacher and administrator.  She is passionate about empowering others to be who they are created to be, to believe in themselves, and to find God in the midst of their day.  She also loves to record history through the pages of memory albums, time spent sitting on a bench in the middle of a beautiful garden, a good theater play or musical, snuggling with a cat and great conversations with friends.  

Lindsay is a professional counselor, practicing in various healthcare arenas for the past 15 years.  He values teaching, dialogue, process, and strategy.  Lindsay is passionate about music, fitness, mountain biking, and restoration.  He enjoys camping in any season but summer, works hard to appreciate the value of yoga, and loves cooking for friends and family.
